Reiki Level One is a four-week, in-person training designed to support a steady, integrated learning experience. Meeting weekly allows time to practice, ask questions, and embody the teachings.This level focuses on self-healing and learning how to channel Reiki energy for yourself. We explore the foundations of Reiki, including its history, philosophy, and the energetic principles behind the practice.

Participants receive a Level One attunement, printed materials, and guided, hands-on practice in a supportive setting. The training also includes optional follow-up Zoom circle for continued integration and connection.

Reiki Level Three is a three-month, intimate training for students who feel called to deepen their dedication to the Reiki path. This experience is limited to a small group to allow for personalized mentorship and support.
Through monthly gatherings and ongoing personal practice, students deepen their understanding of Reiki, strengthen their intuition, and further explore the connection between the energetic and physical body.
A central focus of this level is integration, both in personal practice and in offering Reiki to others, while stepping more fully into the role of practitioner.
