Free Community Session (Monthly)
Offered the first Tuesday of each month. Join us for a welcoming and peaceful meditation gathering open to all. This is a space to connect with yourself, with spirit, and with one another in a supportive community setting.
Yoga mats, cushions and blankets are available at The Center, but feel free to bring your own, along with anything that helps you feel comfortable.
Donations are appreciated but never expected.

This Reiki Level One training is a four-week, in-person course designed to offer a more intentional and integrated learning experience. Meeting weekly allows time to build community, practice skills, ask questions, and truly embody the teachings rather than rushing through them.

About The Event
This Reiki Level One training is a four-week, in-person course designed to offer a more intentional and integrated learning experience. Meeting weekly allows time to build community, practice skills, ask questions, and truly embody the teachings rather than rushing through them.
Throughout the training, we will explore the philosophy, history, and origins of Reiki, along with the energetic and scientific principles behind how Reiki works. Level One focuses on self-healing, learning how to channel Reiki energy for yourself and cultivate awareness of universal life force energy.
Participants will receive a Level One attunement, a comprehensive manual, and guided practice in a supportive, in-person setting. The training also includes three optional follow-up Zoom discussion circles for continued connection and integration.
Attendance is required to receive certification. One make-up class may be arranged in advance with Sarina for a $50 fee. Required Book: The Japanese Art of Reiki by Bronwen & Frans Stein

Sound & Reiki w/ Jordan & Sarina
Step into a deeply restorative experience as we honor the darkest point of the year at the Winter Solstice. Drift into relaxation as the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and drums wash over you, while Reiki energy gently supports your body and mind, promoting harmony, grounding, and calm. This session is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the seasonal shift.

Free Reiki Info Session
Join Sarina Ryals in this one-hour FREE informational session all about Reiki. We will discuss what Reiki is, its origin, what to expect out of a personal healing session, and the potential benefits. We will end with a group meditation and leave space for questions.
Sarina Ryals is a Reiki Master who has studied with multiple teachers, completing numerous trainings, all while remaining a lifelong student of this practice. She honors Reiki’s origins with deep respect and shares it as a pathway to balance, connection, and healing.
*Participants will receive 10% off a 1:1 session booked with Sarina. 1:1 sessions are offered at MKE MindBodyWellness and must be booked in November or December 2025.
